The cardboard box is not a universal cardboard box and is custom-made according to the customer’s choice. It is usually a five layer corrugated paper thickened and hard cardboard box with partitions inside the box, which can separate each bottle separately to avoid friction between the bottle and the bottle during transportation, which can affect the appearance of the bottle. Large gaps between the bottles can cause shaking or impact, leading to bottle damage.

Shipping by sea will use containers, what do most companies do? What else can we do if we ship directly?
We will inform the freight forwarder in advance of the condition of our containers. If they are old or dilapidated, we will directly request replacement. Not all factories have the capability to do so. This way, the containers provided to us will be very new. When the containers arrive at the factory, we will have dedicated collision and quality inspection personnel to further inspect the containers, such as whether there are any damages on the appearance and holes inside. If so, we will contact maintenance personnel for repairs. At the same time, the interior of the container will be cleaned to ensure that the transportation environment for glass bottles is clean and tidy. In order to prevent temperature differences during transportation, we will circulate air inside the container in advance and extend loading and unloading time to ensure that the temperature difference is not particularly large.
Generally speaking, the transportation process accounts for more than 60% of the total order time, and is mostly remotely controlled, especially during the final shipping phase, which is the longest and completely out of control. Without more than ten years of experience in exporting and manufacturing glass bottles, it is easy for serious accidents to occur in these small details of transportation. So after importing glass bottles and safely transporting them to the warehouse, how should they be stored? Please contact us for more valuable information.
