The production of daily glass is to make our designed glass bottles from raw materials after mixing, melting, feeding, forming, thermal spraying, annealing and cold spraying. Then the qualified products can be transported to each user unit through inspection and packaging.
1.raw material
There are many kinds of glass, different raw materials and different melting processes (such as quartz glass and crystalline glass, the melting temperature is much higher than soda lime silica glass), and the physical and chemical properties of products are also very different.Daily bottle glass belongs to sodium calcium silicon glass (including most salt water bottles produced now), that is, glass with basic components of SiO2, Na2O, Cao, MgO and Al2O3, and then put the combination of all components into the furnace for melting.
2.Melting and batching
Batching is the process of mixing raw materials according to the set proportion,The batching operation adopts the automatic batching mode. After the automatic batching system automatically weighs, the batch enters the conveyor belt, and the batch and broken glass are put into the furnace. After melting, homogenization and clarification at a high temperature above 1500 ℃, it is made into qualified glass liquid. This process is called glass melting.
3.clot
Take out the molten glass from the furnace, evenly cool it and cut it into “clots”, enter the material cup through the guide pipe, and then accurately and quickly distribute it to each unit of the determinant bottle making machine according to a certain sequence by the distributor, and enter the primary mold through the straight groove and steering groove.
4.forming
After the clot is processed by the row and column machine, the initial blank is formed by blowing and pressure blowing, and the appearance quality, perpendicularity, Ovality and size of the bottle are checked, and finally shaped into a beautiful and Glass container.
5.quality
