However, some products, due to their own reasons, need the air pressure in the bottle to be greater than the external air pressure, so it is necessary to conduct pressure test on the glass bottle to ensure the safety and quality of the product.
Common glass products that need to undergo pressure test, such as beer bottles, wine bottles, coke bottles or other carbonated beverage bottles.
Beer bottles and other carbonated drinks contain carbon dioxide gas, so the pressure test of all beer bottles is much stricter. During production, our product inspector will check whether the raw materials meet the production requirements of carbonated beverage bottles. Then, during production, ensure the weight of the bottle, which will greatly increase the pressure resistance of the product.
Specific detection standards are as follows:
1. Carry out the “pass”, “incremental” and “destructive” test requirements, ensure the pass rate, and calculate the maximum withstand pressure value through the incremental.
2. Real-time display of pressure holding value, damage peak value and corresponding P60 value, test times, print out in text and record.
